BIR has issued Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 53‑2026 dated May 26, 2026, announcing the pilot implementation of a new Taxpayer Portal, initially available to taxpayers registered under the Large Taxpayers Service (LTS). The portal is part of BIR’s modernization efforts to enhance taxpayer services and promote ease of doing business.

PORTAL FEATURES:

  • Secure, single-view online access to tax information
  • Centralized taxpayer profile
  • View current registration details
  • Monitor status of filed tax returns (by Tax Type/Form Type)
  • Track tax payments
  • View account ledger (by Tax Type/Form Type)
  • Receive system-generated notifications and reminders for tax return filing and payment

These features will help reduce the need for manual follow-ups and in-person visits to BIR offices, as well as provide timely reminders and easier monitoring of tax obligations.

Large taxpayers may now enroll in the portal. For assistance or technical concerns, kindly coordinate directly with your respective Large Taxpayer Office/Division.

The pilot implementation is intended to ensure operational readiness before the portal is gradually rolled out to other taxpayer groups.
