Special review of business processes for compliance to standard practices and regulations

IGDA’s management advisory engagements cover the conduct of review, study, research and documentation of operational, financial and other special business processes that are vital to a company’s operation, in terms of operational efficiency, integrity and in compliance with standards and regulations to help management make critical and  informed decisions.

  • Business Process Review – tailor-fitted reviews on business processes, which generally cover the evaluation of workflows, organizational structures, policies and control procedures,; IGDA will submit its findings with assessments on effectiveness and recommendations for corrections and/or improvements for compliance with standard practices and regulations, which is documented as a Standard Operating Procedures Manual for appropriate implementation.
  • Financial Systems Review and Set-up – review of a company’s financial accounting systems covering the evaluation of workflows, organizational structures, procedures, policies and control pertaining to the collection, processing, recording and reporting of financial information; IGDA will submit its findings with recommendations for corrections and/or improvements for compliance with standard practices and regulations, which is documented as a Standard Financial Systems Manual for appropriate implementation.
  • Special Review and Consultancy – review of less common but important operational processes, such as, related party transactions, transfer pricing policies, special purpose due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, asset disposal/acquisition. segment reporting, and other processes; IGDA will submit its findings and recommendations for improvements on procedures and policies for compliance with standard practices and regulations
