SEC has extended the transitional use of the 2020 General Information Sheet (GIS) Form, including the Beneficial Ownership Declaration (BOD) Page, for filing through the eFAST system until July 31, 2026. This will allow corporations and other covered stakeholders to continue filing their GIS and BOD Page using the 2020 GIS Form through eFAST without being redirected to the Hierarchical and Applicable Relations and Beneficial Ownership Registry (HARBOR).

We encourage you to ensure timely submission of your GIS and BOD Page within the applicable filing deadlines and to monitor further announcements from the SEC regarding the full implementation of HARBOR.
