BIR is extending the deadline for submission of Alphalist of Employees using the new version of the Alphalist Data Entry and Validation Module, from January 31, 2024 to February 28, 2024, per the issued RMC 16-2024.

The BIR Form 2316 and Alphalist of Employees are being updated to reflect the 5% tax incentive under Personal and Retirement Account (PERA) Act and the revised individual income tax rates for the taxable year 2023. BIR will issue a separate advisory to announce the availability of the updated module version.
