Isagani G. Dominguez is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a well-respected finance professional with mor than 47 years’ experience. With a passion for continuing change and improvement, he built a career in financial operations and management working as a Senior Auditor at Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co. (1979-1982); Finance Director at Mitsubishi Electric Corp., Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (1982-1989, 1991-1994); Financial Controller at JDH Philippines, Inc., (1995-1999). From 1999 to 2003, he was the Chief Financial Officer of JDH Philippines/IDS Logistics Philippines, Inc., now Li Fung Logistics.
In March 2003, Mr. Dominguez started his public accountancy practice as the Managing Partner of Manuel-Dominguez Consultancy, Inc. and has since been providing professional services in accounting, auditing, financial systems review and set-up of quality control processes. He also provides consultancy services in business development planning and the preparation of financial feasibility studies for investment and financing purposes. He registered IGDA as a General Professional Partneship in September 2012.
Mr. Dominguez is a Financial Consultant to several other ventures in food, real estate, franchising and medical services. Outside of his professional engagements, he is a past member of the Board of Trustees and Auditor of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) Mandaluyong Chapter. He is also involved in social and community services being the Charter President of the Rotary Club of Mandaluyong Biyaya, Past President of RC Pasig East and various officer posts in Rotary International District 3800, while still active in the Knights of Columbus and other church-based groups.
